The Problem
As a second home, it had been barely used by its owners for several years, and felt drab, outdated and was in need of repairs and updating.
Our Solution
  • Based on our proposal, the owner gave us a budget to repair, renovate and stage the home as we saw fit.
  • Coordinated: repairs, installed all new light fixtures and window treatments, and refreshed an outdated bath with new fixtures and hardware.
  • A design plan, including changes to furnishings and accessories, de-cluttering and a thorough cleaning effectively staged the home.

While the property was still in need of key updates and renovations to its kitchen and bathroom, we supplied a detailed plan with contractor quotes to solve for these, which made them less daunting to would-be buyers.
